Our products, shipping, manufacturers and dilevery:

 BuyRite Shopper acts as a marketing company providing services between buyer and manufacturer. All the products we market come with a warrantee provided by the manufacture and is honored by them. We are not responsible for any product defects, operation or descriptions beyond our control. If you do have a problem with the product we will assit in getting the manufaturer to honor their repair or exchange policy. If we cannot resolve reasonable satisfaction for our buyers we will refund the full amount upon return of the defective product to us within resonable time of 30 days in its original packing.

Shipping is provided by our standard services and usally by the manufacturer or at an additional cost if you choose to have it shipped by another carrier other than our manufacturers standard usage. Some of our electronics, (Cameras, MP players, automotive and others) may be shipped from either China or Mexico in recycled boxes and by air mail and USPS. Other manufactures are in the United States and are subject to any additional taxes or expenses by each state. We attempt to get the product to you as quickly as we can (usally within 10 days) but are not responsible for delays caused by weather, manufacturer, out of stock, or accidents beyond our control.

Please allow sufficent time between one week and three weeks for dilivery of some products coming from over seas manufacturers before checking the agree to terms and conditions box at the check out. Your agreement is a legal and binding contract.
